Ornament was installed in Ponca City in 2015, Oklahoma City University's Campus in 2016 as well as other locations in OKC. Normally, I create sculpture by combining found objects with specific materials I purchase but this piece is made entirely from reclaimed material. It's a commentary on the materialism that has overwhelmed Christmas in the United States, which is why using second hand objects was essential for the content to ring true.
